Do something creative

Seriously you need time for play in your life! Get out the guitar that is collecting dust, take out your camera and go out with the intention to capture November beauty, go to the art store and get some supplies and have some fun, or just get out an old fashion colouring book and crayons if a blank state seems too much right now.

Go for a brisk walk

Is it windy outside? Even better! Get out and move around or maybe just dance in your living room. When was the last time you did that.

Happy Journey!
