The weekend includes two nights accommodation, delicious vegetarian meals and a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels in the morning and afternoon. Morning practices include gentle breathing exercises accompanied by guided meditation to harmonize body and mind.  There is plenty of time for hiking, visiting the Saturday market on Salt Spring, get an Ayurveda wellness treatment or just relax and take in the peace and beauty.
